I completed a change practitioner program last week. (Be excited as I will share about it on Monday’s blog.) During the session, we were reminded that clear communication is a key contributor to effective change management. Our instructor mentioned repeating things 7x and trying to use 7 different communication techniques to ensure messages get through. I thought to myself:

“Boydy, is your messaging getting through to your readers?”

So here we are…

I want to check in with you – my friends, my readers, my change agents. It’s important to check-in with people you care about. I care about you and I want to make sure the work continues past reading my blog. Sorry if you didn’t know you signed up for change. Sorry not sorry. More on change in Monday’s blog (excited yet?!).

Here is what I hope you have picked up this week:

Jedis Darkness and Unlearning – challenge your status quo. Increase your awareness. Read a book. I have included an extensive list below as well as a podcast. Reach out if you want to start a Book Club. I am pro at running Book Clubs. Legit.

You dirty rat – It is always darkest before the dawn. You can make anything happen. This is your life to live.

Lionesses – Find your pride. And lean into them.
