I am a teacher, mentor and coach. When I am not blogging, you can find me working with people to support their personal development journey.
I have a long history of building championship cultures, winning over 50 rugby championships as an athlete and coach since 1994. My passion for change and personal growth have enabled me to remain at the forefront of an ever-changing sports landscape.
I have worked in elite sport at the college, university and national-level as an athlete and coach for 30 years. I am a life-long learner and active in coaching education and development. I became a Certified Coach in 2001 and graduated from the Advanced Coaching Diploma in 2019.
I have been a coach, and program manager of various Rugby Canada 7s and 15s programs between 2013 and 2018. Some events include: England Series, Tri-Nations Series, Can-Am Series, Nations Cup and Federation Internationale du Sport Universitaire (FISU) World University 7s. I recently lead a team to a remarkable 7th consecutive U SPORTS medal with the University of Ottawa Gee-Gees Women’s Rugby program. We were National Champions in 2017.
